I had the pleasure of working closely with Manuela as part of my team at Nova, and I recommend her without reservation.

Manuela joined Nova from the brand and design side, and from day one she grew her scope well beyond her role, going from owning design to leading our entire website area, and even running standalone campaigns end to end on her own.

One of her most impressive projects was leading the full migration of our website to a new technology platform, a project that called for technical and AI skills she didn't start with. Watching her pick them up quickly and put them to work was a great example of how well-rounded she is.

Although her background is in design, Manuela brings real strategic thinking from a marketing perspective. She doesn't stop at execution, she understands the why behind every piece and connects it to the business goal.

On a personal level, she's self-motivated, deeply responsible, and has an uncommon sense of ownership. She's the kind of person who makes any team better for having her on it. I'd recommend Manuela for any role she chooses to take on next.

I've had the PLEASURE of working with Manuela, and one of the things I appreciate most about her is how much seniority she brings to her work.

She's an incredibly talented graphic designer with a great eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics, but what really sets her apart is her ability to prioritise, navigate competing needs, and manage stakeholders effectively. She knows how to balance different perspectives, bring clarity to complex situations, and make sure the right things get done.

She combines great desian skills and taste with sound judgement, a thoughtful approach, and a high level of professionalism. Any team would be lucky to have her!

P.S. And on top of all that, she's an absolute joy to work with! 🙂‍↔️

I had the pleasure to hire Manuela for Picker. After looking for a designer for months, meeting Manuela was an instant professional crush and I knew that I needed her to join my team. From the very beginning, Manuela showed a masterful mix of soft and hard skills that made her perfect for a small company setup. Manuela is super empathetic, nice to work with, and an awesome team player. The whole team was head over heels for her in a matter of seconds! As a graphic designer, Manuela displayed a great deal of knowledge and versatility, which is something I highly appreciated. I can only recommend her for future opportunities, I'm confident her upward trajectory is nowhere near to stop and that she'll become a valuable asset for any team in a matter of days.

Working with Manuela at SolarMente has been truly one of the most rewarding experiences. She’s incredibly creative, always coming up with fresh ideas that really make an impact. What stands out the most about her is her attitude: she’s always ready to help, supporting the team at every turn, always with a smile. She has an amazing talent for both product development and employer branding and what’s most impressive is how she brings everything together strategically, with passion and vision.

It was a real pleasure working alongside her.

A restless problem solver with a very creative mind. I’ve been Manuela’s manager for almost three years and I just have great words for her.

Manuela has amazing skills for setting up and improving processes. She moves really fast and is a heavy task doer with very very good taste. Over this period she has grown as a UI designer and has discovered her skills for project management, she is an incremental innovator.

I must also emphasize her commitment for delivering top quality in all tasks she’s involved in. Working with her is very easy as she cares about all aspects of a project.

Manuela is a key piece in a team that lacks some organisation and needs a spike of creativity.

Manuela has a positive personality and manages her work in an autonomous manner. She takes any task with a great spirit.

She is a problem solver with extensive knowledge of design. She goes deep into the issues that arise and gets the best possible solutions.

She has great knowledge of design and her UI/UX capabilities are solid and increasing. She brings innovative yet achievable ideas to our projects. Manuela works lightning-fast and is always willing to give a contribution to any projects in order to support the team. I've also seen great time management and leadership skills displayed by her over the past year.

As a person, Manuela is very likable and is the natural go-to-guy in the team. She has a great capacity for empathy, always focused on her work and committed to giving back with good results. In addition to this, she is an excellent teammate, interested in helping others, and contributes to the success of the entire team.

Passion for the detail, a really good taste in terms of design and a surprisingly ability to solve problems in a creative way are some of the most valuable aptitudes of Manuela.
She has a strong determination to accomplish timings and get projects to their best, even when the conditions are not favourable at all.
Working with her is a guarantee that your project will be a really good one, because she will look tirelessly for the perfect finishing touch.
