Solutions
To unify headers style to make sure the workers know quickly which team is sending the email. Also, divide the background color using the corporative colors. Those colors will also be used also for department presentations.
Implanting a massive email-sending tool called Mailerlite, since that tool allows us to create and send emails easily with responsive devices. Also targeting the receptions and creating customized emails.
